Terms and Conditions for Shop 14A Hire:

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings must be made through the Growing Confident Minds booking system.

1.2. At the time of booking, the full amount will be required.

1.3. No refunds will be provided on cancelled bookings.

1.4. The hire fee is $150 excluding GST
1.6. A bond of $50 is required for key and cleaning fees (this will be required on the day in cash).

2. Use of Premises

2.1. The hirer must use the premises only for the agreed event or activity.

2.2. The maximum capacity for a standing event is 30 people.

2.3. The maximum capacity for a seated event is 20 people.

2.4. The hirer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines during the event.

3. Equipment and Facilities

3.1. Any equipment or facilities provided by Growing Confident Minds must be used with care and returned in good condition.

3.2. The hirer is liable for any damage to the premises or equipment during the hire period.

4. Conduct and Behaviour

4.1. The hirer must ensure that all attendees behave respectfully and responsibly.

4.2. Any conduct that causes disruption or damage to the premises may result in immediate termination of the hire agreement.

5. Cleaning and Waste

5.1. The premises must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.

5.2. All waste must be disposed of appropriately in the provided bins at the rear of the building. They are clearly marked.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. Growing Confident Minds is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the premises.

6.2. The hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance for the event.

7. Restrictions on Use

The hiring party must not:

7.1. Disturb the occupants of adjacent premises;

7.2. Display any signs without the Lessor's written consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld;

7.3. Overload any Tenant's Services;

7.4. Damage the Lessor's Property;

7.5. Alter the Premises, install any partitions or equipment, or do any building work or erect any equipment without prior consent.

7.6. Do anything that may invalidate the Lessor's insurance or increase the Lessor's premiums or

7.7. Do anything unlawful or illegal on the Premises.

8. Amendments and Termination

8.1. Growing Confident Minds reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

8.2. Breach of any of these terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of the hire agreement. I confirm I have the full right to sign on behalf of the hiring party. I completely understand and agree to all terms and conditions of use and hire as stated above.
